Community & Connection

Board of Directors

Racheal Squire

Founder & President

Racheal Squire is the Founder and President of Women of Impact, a heart-centered movement created to elevate, connect, and empower women who are ready to live and lead with intention. A visionary entrepreneur, community builder, and advocate for authentic leadership, Racheal founded Women of Impact after recognizing the deep need for genuine connection, alignment, and support among women—especially those navigating growth, leadership, and purpose in both life and business. What began as a personal longing for community quickly became a movement rooted in collaboration, service, and transformation.

Racheal is also the owner of The Squire Group and The Squire Group After Dark, where she brings people together through innovative business models, experiential spaces, and community-driven initiatives. Across all of her work, her mission remains consistent: to create environments where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to step fully into who they are becoming.

As President of Women of Impact, Racheal leads with clarity, integrity, and heart. She believes true impact begins within, and when women rise in confidence and alignment, families, businesses, and communities rise alongside them. Her leadership is grounded in authenticity, faith, and the belief that no woman should have to grow alone.

A MESSAGE FROM OUR VICE PRESIDENT

“Hi friends. I wanted to hop on here for just a minute and share something that I am really excited about. I serve as the Vice President and Social Media Chair for Women of Impact.

Women of Impact is a group of women who come together to support other women who are doing meaningful, charitable work in our community. We are not just networking. We are investing in impact. We spotlight local organizations, hear their stories, and then as a collective group, we give. What I love most about this group is the heart behind it. These are women who are leaders in their homes, businesses, churches, and community. They believe in lifting each other up. They believe in generosity. They believe in showing up.

If you have ever wanted to be part of something bigger than yourself, if you want to sit in a room with women who are growth minded and community focused, this is your invitation. If you are curious or want details about joining us, send me a message. I would love to personally welcome you.”
